A chain-link (woven mesh) temporary fence is a portable panel of galvanized chain-link mesh in a tubular frame — the most cost-effective temporary fencing, giving good visibility and a secure boundary. Leeter manufactures woven-mesh temporary fence panels in Hebei, China and at our Vietnam joint-venture fence factory, with 1.5–4.0mm wire, 50×50mm to 70×70mm mesh, US 6×10/6×12 ft formats, and standard heights from 1.0m to 2.0m with feet and couplers.

Is chain-link or welded-mesh temporary fencing cheaper?
Chain-link (woven mesh) temporary fencing is usually the cheaper option and offers good visibility, while welded-mesh panels are more rigid and harder to cut through. Choose chain-link for economy and welded mesh for security.
What size are chain-link temporary fence panels?
Common panels are the US 6ft × 12ft (1.83 × 3.66m) and 6ft × 9.5ft frames and the metric 2.0–2.1m × 2.4–3.5m formats, with a chain-link (diamond) mesh infill on a round-tube frame. Mesh aperture is typically 50–60mm and wire 2.5–4.0mm; panel size, mesh and finish are built to your market's standard.
How are chain-link temporary fence panels held up?
Each panel drops into a portable concrete or recycled-plastic foot and links to the next panel with a coupler clamp — no digging or footings. For windy or exposed sites, add ballast blocks and cross-bracing, and stabilize the run with a raker every few panels.
What finish options are available?
Hot-dip galvanized is standard for outdoor rental fleets; PVC-coated (usually green) and powder-coated options add appearance and extra corrosion life. The frame and mesh are normally finished the same way so the fence weathers evenly.
Can I mix chain-link and welded-mesh panels in one order?
Yes — both use the same tube frames, feet and clamps, so importers commonly split a container between economical chain-link for events and rigid welded mesh for secure sites. As an OEM manufacturer we build both to your specified height, length, wire gauge and coating.
